    Processing Times Overview

    Stage 1 involves the formal setup of the company, including the review and redevelopment of the business idea, provision of a UK Director and shareholder as an Authorizing Officer, incorporation and legal registration of the new company, VAT and PAYE registration with UK HMRC, identification of commercial insurance, and support for opening a business bank account. This stage takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

    Stage 2 encompasses the development of a Business Plan and financial forecasts meeting Home Office requirements, as well as the Sponsor License Application and its issuance to the company. This stage has a duration of 8-10 weeks.

    Stage 3 involves the allocation of the Certificate of Sponsorship and Assignment for the skilled worker, along with the submission of the Skilled Worker Visa Application, which takes an additional 8-10 weeks.
