Residency Application Process

The process for obtaining Cyprus Permanent Residency with Migrate World follows a systematic approach. It begins with a complimentary initial consultation, where various residency options are discussed. A preliminary security check ensures the applicant’s record is clear before proceeding. Upon agreement, fees covering legal, due diligence, government, and processing are settled. Migrate World assists in securing a qualifying property investment. Documents are then collected, translated, and authenticated for submission to the Civil Registry and Migration Department. The application undergoes a comprehensive revision, with the Ministry of Interior providing a decision within 2 months. Upon approval, the applicant must visit Cyprus within a year to receive the Permanent Residency permit card, completing the step-by-step journey. 

Investment Requirements

To qualify for the Cyprus RBI Program through real estate investments, a minimum investment of EUR 300,000 (excluding VAT) in a new residential property is required, or alternatively, in two properties. For married couples, the option is available to invest in two different properties from the same developer, with the combined value exceeding €300,000, provided the properties adhere to specific conditions. It’s noteworthy that the applicant has the flexibility to generate additional income by renting out the acquired property.  

Timeline and Costs

The processing time for the Cyprus Golden Visa is efficiently set at 2 months. As for the associated costs, individual applicants are required to pay a €500 application fee, which includes dependents under 18. For dependents aged 18 or older, there is an additional fee of €500 per person. Furthermore, there is a governmental issuance fee of €70 per applicant for the residence permit card.
