The New Brunswick (NB) Entrepreneurial Program seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain permanent residency. This Entrepreneurial Stream was developed for experienced business owners and senior managers from around the world who wish to become permanent residents by owning a business in New Brunswick and managing it, while residing in the Province, and creating jobs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. According to the Constitution of Canada, New Brunswick is the only bilingual province, in which about two thirds of the population declare themselves anglophones and a third francophones.

New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program
The applicant deposits $100,000 CAD in Escrow Funds with the Government of New Brunswick to receive nomination, after which he is issued a permanent residence if he qualifies, and then he moves to New Brunswick to establish a business through investing around $250,000 CAD in owning and managing the business.

The applicant must later fulfill the terms and conditions as set out in the Business Performance Agreement to be eligible for a refund and return of the Escrow deposit.
