|||Just days after being struck by Hurricane Irma, the small Caribbean island of Dominica endured its worst hurricane hit in history. Hurricane Maria made landfall as a Category 5 storm—the strongest possible grade—and destroyed properties, cut off communications and electricity, and cost lives. Nearly every single building and structure on the island was impacted by the storm including homes, government buildings, and agricultural crops.
Even Prime Minster Roosevelt Skerrit has to be evacuated as his home faced severe damage thanks to the 160mph+ winds that battered the island.
The UN humanitarian office has launched a $31 million emergency appeal to for aid to help the islands’ residents begin to rebuild their lives. And while cleanup has begun, it will be a long road to return the island to its pre-storm state.

Due diligence fees:
$4,000 for spouse for contribution option (formerly $7,500)
Processing fees:
$1,000 government processing fee for contribution (formerly $3,000)
$250 for certificate of naturalization (formerly $750)
