Mr. Anthony was previously the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrateworld.com\/en\/program\/citizenship-by-investment\/antigua-and-barbuda\/\">Antigua &amp; Barbuda Citizenship by Investment<\/a> Union\u2014one of the largest and fastest growing programs in the world.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to a new boss, two new changes to the rules of the Grenada program have also recently come into effect.<\/p>\n<p>The first change is in relation to dependents and includes the following details:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a5 Siblings of the main applicant (and the spouse of the main applicant) who are not married and do not have any children can now be included as a dependent of the main applicant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a5 Parental dependents will not be required to be financially dependent on the main applicant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a5 Children who are dependents and who are over the age of 18 will not be required to be enrolled in college or university.<\/p>\n<p>The second change is in relation to real estate and states that:<\/p>\n<p>Secondary purchasers of real estate units \u2013 applicants that apply to acquire citizenship\u00a0through the purchase of real estate from a previous CBI applicant \u2013 in CBI approved projects will be eligible to obtain citizenship in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements subject to payment of the minimum investment amount plus the required government contribution.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum investment amount remains unchanged at $150,000 (for a single applicant) and $350,000 for real estate projects.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about these changes, or other citizenship by investment programs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrateworld.com\/en\/contact\/\">contact us today.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Out with the old and in with the new!
