Serguey Lavrov and St. Kitts &amp;<br \/>\nNevis foreign minister the Honourable Mark Brantley signed a formal agreement to allow both<br \/>\nRussians and St. Kittian and Nevisians to travel between the two countries visa-free for up to 90<br \/>\ndays.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement makes Russia number 12 on the list of countries St. Kitts &amp; Nevis has recently<br \/>\nsigned similar agreements with.<br \/>\nWhile at first glance, it may seem like an unlikely partnership, Russian nationals actually<br \/>\naccount for a large portion <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrateworld.com\/ar\/program\/citizenship-by-investment\/st-kitts-and-nevis\/\">St. Kitts &amp; Nevis\u2019 booming citizenship by investment<\/a><\/strong> industry. Along<br \/>\nwith Chinese investors, Russian investors account for roughly half of passports issued through<br \/>\nthe program.<\/p>\n<p>\u064a\u0648\u0641 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrateworld.com\/ar\/citizenship-by-investment-programmes\/\">\u0628\u0631\u0646\u0627\u0645\u062c \u0627\u0644\u062c\u0646\u0633\u064a\u0629 \u0639\u0646 \u0637\u0631\u064a\u0642 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u062b\u0645\u0627\u0631<\/a><\/strong> alone, St. Kitts &amp; Nevis has reduced its debt<br \/>\nfrom 164 per cent of GDP in 2010 to 104 per cent by the end of 2013.
