After six years, the St. Kitts Tourism Authority has replaced their award-winning website with a brand new, mobile friendly version.

The new design reflects the general online trend of users moving away from desktop devices in favour of mobile phones and tablets. The new site is also designed to put the focus on individual operators and businesses to help drive tourism business.

The website has been launched at a time when St. Kitts and Nevis is cleaning up after Hurricanes Irma and Maria swept through the Caribbean in September of 2017. While سانت كيتس ونيفيس was not as hard hit as some of its neighbours, there was still significant damage. But the small nation isn’t just focusing internally when it comes to clean-up. The Citizenship Investment Unit has pledged to supply funds to aid with rebuilding efforts in neighbouring countries that suffered more serious damage.

But beyond revenue driven from more permanent methods like citizenship by investment, the coming tourism seasons will also play a big part in helping to boost and re-stimulate the economy. As is the case with most Caribbean nations, سانت كيتس ونيفيس relies heavily on tourism dollars to provide much needed jobs. Luckily, with a revamped website, St. Kitts and Nevis can boldly claim they are ready and open for business just in time.
